Benefits of meditation – even for preschoolers!

Take a look at all the research showing the benefits of mindfulness practices and meditation for children and youth.  The main findings of most of the studies seem to be:  improved attention, self-control, classroom participation and respect for others.  I want that in my classroom!  How about you?!  Check out this blog post for mindfulness exercises to use with preschoolers.
